green-knickers

Hey y'all, i'm not dead (yet)! finally got inspired to start posting stuff again, i don't have any finished pieces to show off but i've got quite a few wips and such. I started up a tumblr account, it's green-knickers.deviantart.com my goal is to post a sketch/drawing/photo a day and see how long i can keep it up for :D so if you've got one drop a line and we can be tumblr buddies! anyway. how was eerybody's tanksgiving?

They're only fun when you're not the one stuck with editing. mofos. Anyway. i'm waiting for everything to upload onto imageready, so that'll take another hour. It's currently 1:36 am and i'm feeling rather miserable. i was okay until midnight,then i just got so tired. and solitare stays fun for only so long. So I won 500 dollars today in an art contest, how's that for some validation? It'll only last until i go to fanime con where i see all the hella pro artists. Que Sera, i suppose. ~_~ i need to get a sketchbook for that. I'm so excited for the con! my friends and I were supposed to go as the ATLA cast, but no dice. nobody finished! :(

Or at least it has been since like, mid January. It's kind of funny, my boyfriend, Ben, and I talked about before how fake and cheesy a holiday it is. and yet now i've been turning over ideas in my head now for weeks on what to give to him. Of course, i have an idea now, and made it today, but i can't post it for fear of him checking my DA for some... reason.. that i can't really fathom, but y'know. I can be paranoid. anybody doing anything for V-daY?
